We’re excited to share an inspiring story that recently unfolded within our JIC community. Today, we had the honor of receiving a heartfelt testimony from Mrs. Christia, the proud mother of Gabriel Pratanggakara, an exceptional student enrolled in our Diploma of IT program with a specialization in Computer Science.

Gabriel's journey with JIC began in June 2023, following his successful completion of the International Baccalaureate program at Binus School Simprug. His academic path is set to take him to Melbourne in 2024, where he will continue his studies at either Monash University or University of Melbourne.

During our conversation with Mrs. Christia, she shared the reasons behind choosing JIC for Gabriel's education. Among the many factors, the strategic location of JIC in Jakarta stood out as a key advantage. This location allows Gabriel to stay in Jakarta before he transitioned to Melbourne, offering convenience and savings in terms of tuition fees, living expenses, and time.

Furthermore, Mrs. Christia expressed her appreciation for the informative pre-departure briefing conducted by JIC’s international placement team and Monash University representatives. This briefing provided invaluable insights into the transfer process, ensuring a seamless transition for Gabriel and peace of mind for his family.

Looking ahead, Gabriel is poised to pursue his passion for Computer Science in Melbourne, building upon the strong foundation he has developed at JIC.
